Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support federal agency objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and adherence to federal compliance standards (FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources and optimize database performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
