Responsibilities
- Analyze classified and unclassified datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for leadership briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support defense intelligence operations
- Document analytical methodologies and maintain data integrity standards
- Present findings to senior officials through concise executive summaries
- Continuously optimize data pipelines for processing large-scale datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Familiarity with DoD data architecture and metadata management
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
