Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive-level reports and presentations
- Implement data quality protocols and validation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal data regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
