Responsibilities
- Perform advanced statistical analysis on federal compliance datasets using SQL and Python
- Develop interactive dashboards for federal agencies using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity across federal reporting systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on federal grant allocation projects
- Generate weekly performance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Maintain strict adherence to FISMA and NIST data security protocols
- Present findings to federal stakeholders with clear executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal data analysis experience with SF-133/152 reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R programming
- Familiarity with federal procurement data systems (FPDS, eSRS)
- Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of federal dashboards
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Expertise in federal grant data analysis (CFDA programs)
