Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on joint intelligence projects
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visual reports
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Document all analytical processes for audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems (e.g., DHS, DoD)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Expert knowledge of federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, CUI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud or Azure Government)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
