Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies supporting defense operations
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain strict compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
- Automate reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis or government contracting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with DoD data systems or similar federal platforms
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Certification in AWS or Azure data analytics preferred
