Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive decision-making

- Present findings to senior officials through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and analytics tools
- Maintain documentation of methodologies and analytical processes
- Support agency initiatives through predictive modeling and statistical analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis with federal or government data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of federal data governance and security standards
- Certification in data analytics or related field preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
