Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets to identify trends and performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau/Power BI
- Familiarity with VA systems or federal healthcare data structures
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data modeling techniques
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
