Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for agency stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and security clearance compliance
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive briefings and data visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support federal policy initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal or government data analysis roles
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with federal data standards (FIPS, NIST frameworks)
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., SAS, Tableau, or AWS Certified Data Analytics)
