Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using provided tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with policy teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Manage and maintain large-scale databases using provided SQL environments
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, compelling reports
- Continuously optimize data pipelines using provided cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with federal or government data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R (equipment provided)
- Experience with Tableau/Power BI (software licenses included)
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
