Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using advanced statistical methods and visualization tools
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators for government agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.) and privacy regulations

- Stay current with emerging data technologies and methodologies applicable to federal operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal government or regulated industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal data standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
