Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for senior leadership review
- Ensure all data handling complies with FISMA, HIPAA, and federal privacy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive summaries and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal systems and databases
- Support audit readiness through meticulous documentation and governance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 30 days
- Expert knowledge of federal data regulations (FISMA, 508 compliance)
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Certification in CISSP, CISA, or similar federal IT security credential preferred
- Ability to work with classified data under TS/SCI clearance desirable
