Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale datasets to support federal agency objectives
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings through concise executive summaries and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple government systems
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests for agency leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise with federal data reporting standards
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with DoD or IC systems preferred
