Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support strategic defense initiatives
- Develop and maintain secure data pipelines compliant with federal regulations (FISMA, NISPOM)
- Create advanced visualizations and dashboards for senior leadership briefings
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize federal data collection methodologies
- Implement data quality frameworks ensuring accuracy and integrity of sensitive information
- Lead research on emerging data technologies applicable to federal operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis with security clearance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R programming
- Advanced knowledge of federal data regulations (HIPAA, FERPA, CUI)
- Strong experience with Tableau/Power BI and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
- Certifications in data governance (e.g., CDMP) highly desirable
