Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to support federal investigations
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal privacy regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to identify emerging trends in criminal activity
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise, data-driven reports
- Maintain secure data environments following federal cybersecurity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling techniques
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Familiarity with federal compliance standards (FISMA, 21st Century CURES Act)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
