Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SAS, Python, and R to identify trends and support policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain compliance with federal data security standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
- Optimize data workflows and improve reporting automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets preferred
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks
