Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret classified/unclassified datasets to support federal defense strategies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for senior leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST, DHS guidelines)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on data integration and quality initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive briefings and technical documentation
- Maintain data governance frameworks for sensitive national security information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis roles
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling (SAS/R)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Proficiency with DoD data systems (e.g., DISS, NIPRNet)
- Experience with federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, PII handling)
- TS/SCI clearance highly desirable
