Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal datasets to ensure high data integrity and accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop complex dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure all data processes comply with federal regulations, security protocols, and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy makers and IT specialists, to define data requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and government officials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret or Secret security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
