Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and integrate large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various federal systems.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making for intelligence and logistics programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security standards (FedRAMP, NIST) and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Generate regular performance reports and briefings for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
