Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP) and internal data governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize reporting frameworks.
- Perform statistical modeling to forecast outcomes and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a government contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong understanding of data security principles and government classification standards.
