Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of federal and internal data to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency standards.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS to support decision-making processes.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in federal datasets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure all data analysis processes adhere to strict federal security protocols and privacy regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and federal stakeholders, communicating complex findings clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and audit processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
