Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify security trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, FedRAMP)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support national security operations
- Implement data quality control protocols and validate analytical outputs
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive briefings
- Maintain strict adherence to classified data handling procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expertise in statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques
- Familiarity with federal data regulations (e.g., 5 CFR Part 2635)
- Proven ability to deliver high-stakes analysis under tight deadlines
- Professional certification in data analytics (e.g., CDA, CDMP) preferred
