Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakebriefings
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data trends and support strategic initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for federal agency leadership
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis and compliance requirements
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with federal reporting standards and documentation protocols
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights
