Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (HIPAA, HITECH, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to identify emerging health trends
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual narratives
- Maintain data integrity across secure federal systems
- Support continuous improvement of data collection methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal healthcare data systems
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
- Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA/HITEAA compliance protocols
- Experience with federal grant reporting requirements
- Strong written communication skills for policy documentation
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
