Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal/state government data analysis or regulated financial data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of federal data standards (FIPS, GSA) and compliance frameworks
