Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical tools
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for federal reporting requirements
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Prepare comprehensive reports for federal agencies with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and project scope
- Document methodologies and processes for audit compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with federal/government projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and R
- Experience with federal data compliance standards and security protocols
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) preferred
