Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time reporting and dashboard creation
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations for policy improvements
- Create comprehensive documentation for data methodologies, sources, and analytical frameworks
- Present complex findings to senior stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal/government projects

- Deep understanding of federal data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
