Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for decision-making support.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting metrics.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Perform data cleaning, normalization, and ETL processes to maintain database health.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support program evaluations and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- 3+ years of experience in federal or defense contracting environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of government regulations, security compliance, and data privacy laws.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
