Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision support
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards including FISMA and HIPAA
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support intelligence operations
- Prepare detailed technical reports and briefings for senior leadership
- Implement data quality protocols and validation frameworks
- Support continuous improvement of analytics infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems (e.g., DHS, DOJ, or DoD)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI visualization tools
- Knowledge of federal data security protocols and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory precision
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
