Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for federal program stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and federal data governance standards
- Present findings to cross-functional teams including policy advisors and program managers
- Document data methodologies and create reproducible analysis pipelines
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of data analysis experience with federal datasets preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with federal reporting requirements (OMB, HHS guidelines)
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
