Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards for federal agency stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evidence-based policy development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)

- Security clearance eligibility or current clearance (required for federal roles)
