Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal government data analysis experience with security clearance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud analytics (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CIPP, or equivalent) highly desirable
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
