Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support strategic planning and policy development
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data visualizations and briefings
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for real-time analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal/government data analysis with security clearance eligibility
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with federal data regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
