Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support operational decision-making
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for leadership reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on security intelligence projects
- Document methodologies and maintain data integrity protocols
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with SQL, Python/R, and federal data systems
- Security clearance eligibility (required)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Understanding of federal compliance frameworks
- Strong written communication skills for technical audiences
