Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (HIPAA, FISMA, OMB guidelines)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through executive dashboards and briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with federal data systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of federal regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, 21st Century IDEA Act)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
