Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and OMB data governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support evidence-based policy development
- Document analytical methodologies and data quality protocols
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive summaries and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal/state government data systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data handling procedures
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
