Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal healthcare and benefits datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on national data initiatives
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems or government contracts
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Experience with large-scale healthcare or benefits datasets preferred
- Strong analytical writing and presentation skills
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
