Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies supporting policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for agency leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, PII handling protocols)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support evidence-based federal programs
- Document data methodologies and maintain audit-ready data pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with large datasets (100GB+)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R for data manipulation
- Experience with federal data systems or government contracting environments
- Security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software
