Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports for congressional briefings
- Implement data quality frameworks for federal compliance audits
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data pipeline efficiency
- Support federal program evaluations through statistical modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal government data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with federal reporting standards (OMB, GAO)
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques
- Certification in data governance (e.g., CDMP) preferred
