Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for federal agency stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Document data processes and maintain comprehensive audit trails
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from federal leadership
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis or government contracting
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Strong knowledge of federal data compliance requirements (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with highest confidentiality standards
- Active federal clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proven track record of delivering accurate, timely data insights
