- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various federal sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to uncover trends and provide predictive insights to stakeholders.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and briefings that translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Compliance: Ensure all data processes adhere to federal regulations, including FedRAMP and FISMA requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal Government or Defense sector.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (or Top Secret, depending on specific role requirements).
