Role Overview:
The Federal Data Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle, from collection and cleaning to advanced analysis and reporting. You will work closely with federal stakeholders to uncover trends, optimize processes, and ensure data integrity across all systems.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale federal datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government clients to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and data governance standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Identify process improvements and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one (Secret level may be considered).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
