Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for federal stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement data governance standards.
- Perform statistical analysis to support program evaluation and performance metrics.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of federal data standards, privacy regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST), and security protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
