Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with federal regulations, FEDRAMP, and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports, data visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Support the implementation of data governance policies and security protocols.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support mission-critical federal initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of federal data security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
