Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends and patterns critical to policy development

- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security protocols including FISMA and HIPAA requirements
- Present findings to senior federal stakeholders through executive dashboards and briefing documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with federal agency objectives
- Manage data quality initiatives across multiple federal databases and systems
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience analyzing federal or government datasets with demonstrated knowledge of compliance frameworks
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in federal data security protocols (e.g., CIPP, CISSP) or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience with federal contracting processes and procurement regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (or active clearance required)
