Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret complex data trends and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations, privacy standards, and security protocols.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders and agency leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting in-depth statistical analysis.
- Manage data pipelines and automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the federal or public sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Ability to obtain or possess a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical data for diverse audiences.
