Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for government stakeholders, ensuring clarity and compliance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols and privacy regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Maintain and optimize existing databases and reporting structures to improve query performance.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all data inputs and outputs to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or SAS).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or Secret clearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
