Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for federal agencies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI) to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program managers and technical leads to define data requirements and implement effective data governance strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, executive summaries, and presentations that drive policy recommendations and operational improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal standards, regulations, and security protocols.
- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analysis to forecast future trends and support resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret level security clearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
