In this role, you will support critical national security and government missions by managing, processing, and analyzing vast amounts of sensitive data. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and actionable insights for federal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather and organize raw data from various federal sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
- Report Generation: Develop clear, concise, and professional data reports for federal stakeholders and management using standard tools.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of data sets to identify errors, discrepancies, or anomalies to maintain high data quality.
- Compliance Support: Ensure all data handling practices adhere to strict federal security protocols, privacy regulations, and agency guidelines.
- Visualization: Assist in creating visual representations of complex data sets to help non-technical teams understand trends.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with team members to interpret data findings and provide actionable insights.
- Database Maintenance: Support the maintenance and updating of internal databases and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience is not required; we train the right candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced federal environment.
