Responsibilities
- Manage and audit government records and databases during off-peak hours.
- Analyze data trends to support state policy decisions and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with state privacy laws and data security regulations.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless data handovers.
- Generate and maintain accurate digital archives and monthly reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in government data entry.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government or administrative setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government database software (e.g., Oracle, SQL).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for this role.
